It's a way for them to see how each individual ingredient works to create a flavor and texture. It's a way to allow kids to see, taste and experience the product of an effort put forth.  Think of the educational value as well -- cooking is science, math and art all rolled into one - and what a tasty way to learn!”  Sections: Cooking Basics, Recipes, Fun Stuff, The Scoop, Parents and Shop.  Excellent
